Antonio Serna is a visual artist and designer working in New York City. With over 10 years of design experience, Antonio has worked both independently and with highly talented design teams on many challenging design projects in the fields of arts, music, culture, science, fitness, fashion, cosmetics, webzines, TV, and advertising.
After graduating from Parsons, the New School for Design, Antonio Serna moved to Hong Kong to begin working on several commerce projects. Highlights from his work include the first online cosmetics website to hit the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean market. From there he moved to Madrid to work with advertising company Ogilvy & Mather. Since moving back to New York in 2002, Antonio has worked on many cultural and entertainment projects, from indie webzines covering street culture in the early days of Williamsburg to collaborating with major musicians, artists, performers, and fashion designers from the New York scene.

Antonio Serna holds a BFA from Parsons, The New School for Design and MFA from Brooklyn College CUNY. Antonio Serna has taught and lectured in various institutions in New York and abroad. Courses taught range from drawing I, digital art, design research, concept development, and presentation.

In addition to design, Antonio Serna enjoys organizing cultural events, conducting workshops, and collaborating with other talented artists and designers in various collectives: vizkult, arts & labor, making worlds, art & the commons.
